With a decade of capital markets and recruitment experience, Madeline has helped clients grow their teams in the fields of investment banking, corporate finance, A&D, and private equity. In the early days of her career, she worked as a Corporate & Investment Banker with two global investment banks. Having this sell-side experience helps Madeline align top talent with appropriate opportunities in an expeditious manner. More importantly, her intuitive abilities and empathetic nature allow her to connect with candidates and corporate clients and make lasting connections. Madeline earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University, specializing in finance.
